My love for all things vintage and unique knows no bounds. When I see brides who go out of their way to hand make each table setting, decorations or invitations it makes my inner artist happy. Which is why I absolutely love Etsy. No, my apartment is not decorated in vintage stuff (I am a guy, after all), but if you’re looking for something unique and original, Etsy is absolutely the best source.

Here’s how it works: Etsy makes nothing. They’re merely a marketplace source for folks who do make things, and there’s quite a variety. Everything from bags to paper products, to pet things, to toys. They even have a special section for wedding stuff.

I was giddy when I came across Loktah’s website. “Rising from the earth” it said. It was perfect for my style, my brand, and my love for all things outdoors and earthy. These CD cases might seem a little unusual for wedding CD’s, but they’ll look beautiful, elegant and natural on your bookshelf. Each Loktah case is handcrafted from organic paper found in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains in Nepal. The paper is dipped in bee’s wax to help preserve the fibers. The case is finished off with a red bead and twine. Each case is handmade and every one is slightly different. The best part: they’re a green product, using renewable resources.
